2022 Classical Greek Introductory Class

In the 2nd semester of this school year (2022), students in years 7, 8, or 9 will have the opportunity to attend an introductory Ancient (Classical) Greek program leading to the VCE level.

Classical Greek is a subject for students who wish to increase their cultural literacy, investigate the origins of philosophy, science, politics, rhetoric, history, and literature, be inspired by the moral insight and virtue of the classical world, and read the architects of western civilization in their own words and finally increase their performance at the VCE Classical Greek examinations with a high score scaling.

Where: Online using zoom or on-site (level 2, 168 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne VIC 3000)
When: Saturdays – Online from 2:30 to 4:30 pm, On-site from 1:30 to 3:30 pm, commencing date: 16/07/2022
Fees: $400 (2 h. / week) +$135 for books ($80 Textbook + $55 Workbook) which will be used in the entire pre-VCE level.
