Reopening of the Historic Holy Annunciation of Our Lady

Melbourne’s Evangelismos Church, known as The Annunciation of Our Lady, is preparing to welcome back its faithful congregation after a transformative restoration project.

The reopening of this historic Greek Orthodox church will take place set against the backdrop of the Sunday of Orthodoxy feast and the National Day of March 25, 1821.

The Holy Church of the Annunciation of our Lady in East Melbourne invites you to join them in celebrating their 'Feast Day' on 25 March.

On Sunday 24 March 19:00- Bishop Kyriakos of Sozopolis, will preside over the Vespers.
On Monday 25th Match 07:30 Divine Liturgy

Lunch will follow at the Aegean Greek Restaurant, the luncheon will not only observe one of the principal feast of the Orthodox religion but also fundraise for the local East Melbourne Church.
